You will be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, accounts management, and regulatory filings — working directly with senior management in a lean, high-accountability environment. What You Will Do

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
  • Lead tax compliance — DST, withholding tax, percentage tax, ITR
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable
  • Support internal and external audits with full documentation
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, BIR, and DOLE requirements

What We Are Looking For
